Well-Crafted Mocktails are Raising the Bar when it Comes to Alcohol-Free Options
It’s an exciting time for non-drinkers as options are expanding far beyond club soda with lime.
Combine equal parts pomegranate juice, hibiscus tea, and Juniper Syrup (recipe to follow) over ice. Stir vigorously for 1 minute. Strain over new ice, top with seltzer, and garnish as desired.
Combine all and bring to a boil. Reduce to very low heat and cook for 15–20 minutes. Strain, chill, and keep in a covered container in the fridge for up to two weeks.
