Ingredients

TROPICAL SMOOTHIE
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • ½ cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • ½ cup frozen mango chunks
  • 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
  • ½–1 cup pawpaw pulp
  • ¾ cup plain Greek yogurt

Preparation

TROPICAL SMOOTHIE

  • One of Robin DeCicco's favorites!

Blend all ingredients together into a smoothie, or place in a freezer-safe container for a quick and healthy sorbet.

PURÉE SWEETENER

Remove the peel and scoop out the flesh (set aside the seeds for planting) and blend until smooth. Add the purée to bread and muffin mixes, top a bowl of oatmeal, make sorbet, or add into a smoothie. You can also freeze in an ice cube tray for future use.

SPICY TOPPING

Scoop out the pulp and add to fresh or jarred salsa for a tropical twist, and top meat or fish for some sweet heat!
