Ingredients
- 2 ounces Ironbound Orange Blossom Imperial Cider
- ½ ounce lime juice
- ½ ounce simple syrup
- Garnish: Tajin salt (equal parts Tajin seasoning and kosher salt), lime wedge
- Setup: Rocks glass; king cube (1 huge ice cube)
Preparation
Rim half of the edge of a rocks glass using a lime wedge; dip into Tajin salt.
Shake together Orange Blossom Imperial Cider, lime juice, simple syrup; strain into glass.
Drop in king cube.
Place lime wedge on rim of glass as garnish.
