Peach Noyau Recipe
Once you make your own amaretto from fresh summertime peaches, you’ll never go back to the store-bought stuff.
Stir home-made peach noyau into scotch to make this classic Godfather cocktail.
Ingredients
- 2 ounces blended Scotch
- 1 ounce Peach Noyau
- ¼ ounce 1: 1 Simple Syrup (equal parts water and sugar, stirred to dissolve sugar)
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass and stir to chill. Pour over a large cube in a rocks glass and garnish with an expressed lemon twist.
