Ingredients

  • 2¼ ounces applejack
  • ¾ ounce Yellow Chartreuse
  • 1 dash orange bitters
  • Lemon peel, for garnish

Preparation

Add the applejack, Chartreuse, and bitters into an ice-filled mixing glass, and stir until chilled, about 30 seconds. Strain into a chilled cocktail coupe. Squeeze the lemon peel over the drink’s surface and drop it into the glass.
