Marilyn Schlossbach

Marilyn Schlossbach—restaurateur, chef, partner, mother, humanist—is executive chef and owner of the Marilyn Schlossbach Group in Asbury Park, which includes Langosta Lounge, Pop’s Garage, and Asbury Park Yacht Club. She is chair of the New Jersey Restaurant & Hospitality Association.
