Ingredients

  • ½ cup walnut halves
  • 1 cup fresh basil
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Sea salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Blend all ingredients in a food processor and add to whatever summer dish your heart desires.
