Robin's All Powerful Pre-Workout Juice

Ingredients

  • 2 cups coconut water (no sugar added)
  • ginger
  • A few bunches of kale
  • 1 green apple
  • 1 cucumber
  • ½ lemon
  • A few bunches of parsley
  • 1 large slice of watermelon, seeds and rind removed

Preparation

Blend until all ingredients are liquified and enjoy before or after spending the day outside or working out.
