Cheese & Cider Pairing Class
There is a long tradition of pairing cider and cheese and pairing Ironbound’s craft cider with Cherry Grove’s farmstead cheeses is a continuation of this tradition. Dan and Cam from Ironbound and one of Cherry Grove's cheesemakers will discuss cider tasting technique and offer tips and tricks for pairing cider with cheese.
