First Course

Steamed in their Own Juices, Heirloom Garlic, Fennel, Basil, White Wine Butter

Gnocchi con Ricotta
Ricotta stuffed Gnocchi with Blistered Heirloom Cherry Tomatoes, Basil, Garlic, Extra Virgin Olive Oil 

Insalata Caprese
Fresh Mozzarella, Jersey Tomatoes, Fresh Basil, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Aged Balsamic Vinaigrette

Second Course
Choice of one of the following:

Seared Cape May Day Boat Scallops
Local Corn and Pancetta Risotto, Truffle Butter

Stuffed Blue Crab Jersey Flounder 
Point Co-op Flounder Fillet, Baby Spinach, Lemon Caper Butter

Veal Scallopine
Sautéed Veal Medallions with Jersey Heirloom Tomatoes, Fresh Basil, Fontina Cheese, Meyer Lemon Butter

Dessert
