Nestled on a beautiful hundred-acre farm in Cape May County, Hawk Haven Vineyard & Winery invites you to discover its award-winning hand crafted wines. In 1997, founder Todd Wuerker planted the first three acres of Cabernet Sauvignon vines on the property, which was originally purchased by his paternal grandfather in the 1930s. For two generations, the Wuerker family ran a produce farm business. Now, nearly 80 years and four generations later, Todd and his wife, Kenna, manage the business together with their two young daughters in tow. Guests can visit the tasting room, open daily, for an educational one-on-one wine tasting with the friendly and knowledgeable staff, or explore the 16-acre vineyard and winery during a guided tasting tour. Hawk Haven’s cheese shop serves cheese & charcuterie boards to pair with their daily offerings of wine by the glass and wine flights. Keep an eye out for their special events, including concerts, wine pairing dinners, and barrel tastings.
