Beneduce Vineyards is a family-owned vineyard and winery focusing on producing high-quality, food-friendly wines from estate-grown grapes, with a concentration on aromatic varieties native to Austria and northern France. The 51-acre farm in the rolling hills of Pittstown in Hunterdon County was purchased in 2000. Over 20 acres of grapes grow there: the main white varieties include Riesling, Gewurztraminer and Chardonnay, while plantings of red grapes include Pinot Noir, Cabernet Franc and an Austrian red named Blaufrankisch.

“What inspires me is producing wines that showcase the potential of the Garden State. People deserve to eat and drink delicious food and wine that are sustainably grown by members of their own community." Mike Beneduce, Winemaker

The vineyard was recently named one of the Top 25 Vineyards in the U.S. by Travel + Leisure and has received numerous other awards, including Edible Jersey's 2017 Beverage Artisan of the Year. Beneduce Vineyards is managed with the utmost respect for the land and sustainability is at the forefront of every decision made. The small-batch production in the winery gives winemaker Mike Beneduce the opportunity to hone in on the differences in each variety or blend, allowing him to create unique wines with distinct personalities that reflect both their vineyard source and his own winemaking style.
