That’s why we’ve partnered with EF Go Ahead Tours to create an Edible Jersey Food & Wine Tour of Northern Italy. It’s our mission to provide food culture education both in our local communities and around the world, and this culinary trip has been thoughtfully curated for our Edible community to do just that.

Turin (arrival: Milan) – 4 nights

Savor a guided tour of Turin, where you’ll stroll through Porta Palazzo, Europe’s largest open-air market, taste bicerin coffee, and visit the town’s famous chocolate shop.
October is peak season for one of Italy’s most prized foods: truffles. In Alba, join in on a truffle hunt, sample local dishes, and visit the annual White Truffle Fair.
