New Jersey Farmers’ Market Guide
For those of us who live for local food, farmers’ market season is the best time of year. Over 120 farmers’ markets are happening across the Garden State this summer and we’ve compiled this guide to help you experience ones near your community or discover new ones this year. You’ll find Jersey Fresh produce along with baked goods, pastured meats, artisan cheeses—and the spirit and flavor of the Garden State’s local communities.
Market schedules as of press time.
Markets highlighted in red are participants in Edible Jersey’s 2024 Festival of Farmers’ Markets programs.
Nutrition Assistance Programs: Many farmers’ markets and vendors accept SNAP, WIC, Good Food Bucks, Senior FMNP, and other benefit programs. Please refer to key symbols on this guide. Markets without symbols may accept benefit vouchers as well. When in doubt, ask market managers, who will be happy to assist.
