Brussels Sprouts
Brussels sprouts make for an interesting and healthy side dish, salad, or entrée ingredient.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Rinse Brussels sprouts in cool water. Remove stem and outer leaves. Slice each sprout in half lengthwise. Place on baking sheet. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, then drizzle with olive oil. Toss lightly to coat. Bake 15 minutes, tossing once halfway through cooking time.

- Roasted Brussels sprouts are a sweet and flavorful side dish.
- Top with grated cheese or slivered almonds when serving, if desired.
