Ingredients

  • 4 whole red Fresno peppers
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 squeeze of lemon
  • Salt to taste

Preparation

Slice the tops off of the Fresno peppers. If you’d like a milder sauce, remove seeds and pith. Add the peppers, sour cream, mayo, and squeeze of lemon to a blender and process until well combined. Season to taste with salt and enjoy. If you’d like a thicker sauce, add additional sour cream after chilling in the refrigerator for a few hours.

Use on tacos, burrito bowls, chip dip, French fries, hamburger and anywhere you’d use sour cream or mayo.
