- 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
- ½ cup frozen grapes
- ½ cup fat-free plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed (optional)
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until completely combined. Pour into 2 tall glasses and serve immediately.
