Ingredients
- 2 ounces applejack
- 1 ounce Dolin Rouge Vermouth
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- Cocktail cherry, for garnish
Preparation
Add applejack, vermouth, and bitters into an ice-filled mixing glass, and stir until chilled, about 30 seconds. Strain into a chilled Martini glass and garnish with a cocktail cherry.
