MATTHEW ROSENZWEIG is a pastry chef and owner of The Baker’s Grove in Shrewsbury and former James Beard Award semifinalist for Outstanding Baker. He enjoys baking, art, gardening, foraging, and combining these passions to produce sweet treats at his bakeshop.
