John Grossmann

John Grossmann has written about food and restaurants and chefs for such publications as The Art of Eating, Food Arts, Gastronomica, Gourmet, Men’s Journal, Plate, Real Food and Saveur. He is the coauthor, with acoustic ecologist Gordon Hemptom, of the book One Square Inch of Silence.
