In Celebration of Barns at Terhune Orchards
Barns are steadfast farm workhorses and often serve as the farmer’s headquarters. The iconic image of a barn is a slice of life—past, present, and future.
On the heels of last year’s successful exhibit at Terhune Orchards, themed “Celebrating Old Trees,” this year the Mount family farm in Princeton will be hosting “Celebration of Barns,” an art show and sale to honor the unique role of barns in history and folklore.
Artists were invited to submit works through early September, featuring barns (from anywhere, not just New Jersey) in any medium. The exhibit kicks off with a meet-the-artists reception on September 9 in Terhune Orchards’ 250-year-old red barn and will run through December 10. Learn more at terhuneorchards.com/barn-art-show
