ServSafe Food Managers Course, Exam, & Certification
Join Garden State Kitchen and Silvana Restrepo Food Safety Services for the ServSafe Food Manager Course. Please note that this is different than the ServSafe Food Handlers Course we have offered previously. The Food Manager course is designed for managers, chefs, owners and others with supervisory responsibilities in the food industry. The ServSafe Manager Certification verifies that a manager or person-in-charge has sufficient food safety knowledge to protect the public from foodborne illness. The ServSafe Certification exam, which will be offered at the end of this one day course, is accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI), the Conference for Food Protection (CFP), and is recognized in all 50 States.
