Join Chef David Burke as he celebrates Chef Jacques Pépin’s 90th birthday with an extraordinary, lavish Red Carpet Brunch Buffet at Red Horse by David Burke Sunday, March 23 from noon-3 p.m. The fundraising event includes an exciting Live Art Auction to support Jacques Pépin Foundation.
Chef Burke’s 90/90 Tribute Brunch is one of a series of 90/90 Culinary Events held by chefs from around the world to recognize Chef Pépin’s contributions to the culinary arts and to support the Jacques Foundation, with a mission of improving lives through culinary education, a calling deeply shared by Chef Burke.
Many treats are in store for lucky ticketholders including an extraordinary, world-class Red Carpet Brunch event hosted by Celebrity TV Personality and Entertainment Reporter Shelli Stelmak.
Enjoy a welcome cocktail, passed hors d’oeuvres with an array of celebrities and culinary fans at the unique, high-end, luxurious buffet brimming with tribute dishes honoring Chef Pépin’s cuisine and Chef Burke’s signature creations! Jacques is a living legend, I’m a big fan. He’s a great educator, a really good teacher and genuinely a beautiful man. This is my way of thanking him for everything he’s done for the industry and for chefs around the world. To be able to celebrate Jacque’s birthday and to support his Foundation through my talents, our restaurants and our company is truly an honor! Considered the greatest culinary educator of our time, Jacques has dedicated the majority of his career to teaching technique by authoring over 30 cookbooks and hosting 13 public television series.
