The Cassidy bar + kitchen is an American bar and restaurant located in the heart of Maplewood village. Born and raised in town, chef Tom Carlin has spent his entire life in the restaurant world. Since 2005, he's been serving his signature food and beverage as chef/owner of Gladstone Tavern in Gladstone. Since opening in 2017, Tom and his wife Jennifer are delighted to welcome friends, families and neighbors to eat, drink, laugh, love, relax, and celebrate life in the unique town that they love…Maplewood.

Under the direction of chef/owner Tom Carlin, The Cassidy’s seasonal menu is known for its dedicated emphasis on New Jersey grown, raised and produced ingredients. Carlin’s dedication shines in menu highlights that include Watermelon Salad and Seared Barnegat Bay Scallops. Join Them for Eat Drink Local Week! Open 7 days, serving lunch from 11:30-2:30 Monday-Friday and Brunch from11:00-3:00 Saturday + Sunday. Catch live music during their Jazz Brunch Series each Sunday 11:30-2:30. Dinner served daily, 5-11pm.
