Christine Migton is executive chef of Chez Catherine in Westfield. Under Migton's direction, Chez Catherine has received top awards from New Jersey Monthly and Food & Wine magazines. Migton is working toward her master's of professional studies at the Culinary Institute of America. She is co-founder of the John M.
