Christine Migton

Christine Migton is executive chef of Chez Catherine in Westfield. Under Migton's direction, Chez Catherine has received top awards from New Jersey Monthly and Food & Wine magazines. Migton is working toward her master's of professional studies at the Culinary Institute of America. She is co-founder of the John M. Migton Foundation, an organization created in memory of her father to create opportunities for people with disabilities. See boxwoodjunction.org for more info.
