Harvest Drop started in 2015 with the idea of aggregating food from local farms, and selling their product into restaurants. Today we work with over 75 different producers throughout New Jersey, New York & Pennsylvania.
With a unique distribution model to the food industry, we are able to provide our customers with exceptional ingredients - at a good price. Unlike the traditional distribution companies, we hold no inventory on fresh foods. This means we don’t have the same overhead costs, and more importantly, that our customers receive food that was harvested less than 24 hours ago.
In the beginning, we were selling basic produce items such as kale, tomatoes & zucchini. Today we are known for Seasonal Produce, Chicken, Eggs, Mushrooms, & Specialty Ingredients. All of our sourcing is 100% transparent, so that our customers know where their food is coming from, and so do their guests.
