edible Jersey

Since launching in 2007, Edible Jersey has celebrated local food of the Garden State. In the nation’s most densely populated state, it’s important to understand where our food comes from, how it’s produced, and the challenges and opportunities inherent in its creation.

Now the state’s largest food magazine wants to help readers better experience many of the topics discussed in its pages. During 2020, Edible Jersey will publish five issues per year, as compared to its previous six-issue schedule, with the next issue arriving in March. This change will allow the organization to offer more timely information via its digital channels and to present a variety of events and symposiums designed for food lovers and good-food advocates. One of the first events will be a five-course coffee pairing dinner presented by chefs Peter Turso, Anthony Bucco, David Drake, David Felton, and Martyna Drowicka at Felina in Ridgewood in early March.

To learn more, follow Edible Jersey on Facebook, Twrtter, and Instagram, and sign up for Edible's free e-newsletter at ediblejersey.com. And, to make sure you don't miss an issue, purchase a subscription to this award-winning magazine at ediblejersey.com/subscribe. AII of us at Edible Jersey look forward to continuing to share the food stories of the Garden State with you in the years ahead.
