
Tinton Falls
Adapted from original recipe published in The Red Bank Standard, December 13, 1929.
Ingredients
- 1 ounce applejack
- 1 ounce Campari
- 1 ounce port wine
- Orange peel, for garnish
Instructions
- Add the applejack, Campari, and port to an ice-filled mixing glass, and stir for 15 seconds. Strain over a large cube. Squeeze the orange peel over the drink and drop it into the glass.
