Ingredients
  

  • 2 ounces applejack
  • 1 dash Angostura bitters
  • Soda water to top
  • Lemon wheel, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Add the applejack and bitters into an ice-filled Collins glass. Top with soda water and garnish with a lemon wheel.
