Cucumber-Watermelon Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups cubed ripe watermelon
  • 2 cups cubed cucumbers
  • ¼ cup finely chopped sweet onion
  • â…“ cup fresh lime juice
  • ¼ cup finely shredded fresh mint leaves
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Gently toss all ingredients together and chill 1—2 hours before serving.
