Ingredients
- ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
- â…“ cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup baby spinach
- cup frozen banana slices (about 1 medium banana)
- ½ cup fresh or frozen blackberries or berry of choice
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1–2 teaspoons of sweetener optional
Instructions
- Add almond milk and yogurt to a blender, then add spinach, banana slices, berries, chia seeds, and sweetener (if using). Blend until smooth.
