Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • â…“ cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • cup frozen banana slices (about 1 medium banana)
  • ½ cup fresh or frozen blackberries or berry of choice
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1–2 teaspoons of sweetener optional

Instructions
 

  • Add almond milk and yogurt to a blender, then add spinach, banana slices, berries, chia seeds, and sweetener (if using). Blend until smooth.
