
Lavender Cream Tartlets

Ingredients
- ½ cup heavy whipping cream
- 5 tablespoons granulated sugar
- ⅜ teaspoon lavender extract
- ½ cup mascarpone
- 2 packages mini phyllo pastry cups
- Dried culinary lavender buds
Instructions
- In the bowl of a stand mixer, add the whipping cream, sugar and lavender extract. Whip on high speed until stiff peaks form, approximately 5 minutes.
- Fold the mascarpone into the whipped cream mixture. Pipe or spoon into phyllo cups. Top with culinary lavender buds.
