Lavender Cream Tartlets

Lavender Cream Tartlets

Course Dessert

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup heavy whipping cream
  • 5 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • teaspoon lavender extract
  • ½ cup mascarpone
  • 2 packages mini phyllo pastry cups
  • Dried culinary lavender buds

Instructions
 

  • In the bowl of a stand mixer, add the whipping cream, sugar and lavender extract. Whip on high speed until stiff peaks form, approximately 5 minutes.
  • Fold the mascarpone into the whipped cream mixture. Pipe or spoon into phyllo cups. Top with culinary lavender buds.
