We are pleased to share some exceptionally good news—at a time when good news is especially welcome.
Danny Childs, esteemed mixologist at Farm & Fisherman in Cherry Hill and author of our Slow Drinks column, has been named a finalist for a writing award from the International Association of Culinary Professionals. Childs’ work for Edible Jersey has been lauded in the category of Beverage-Focused Column. (Winners will be announced this fall.) Earlier this year, Childs was named a Local Hero by our sister publication, Edible Philly. But the best news came on March 27, when, in the midst of a pandemic, he and his wife, Katie, announced the birth of their son Leo. Salud!
