Jersey Spirits Distilling Co. uses local ingredients whenever possible and makes each of its products right in Fairfield. The company has the most extensive and diverse range of spirits of any other New Jersey distillery and is a complete grain-to-glass operation: it is one of the less than 25% distilleries across the country that makes everything in house and does not source spirits from other manufacturers. Offering vodka, rum, bourbon, whiskey, gin and specialty products, Jersey Spirits is truly handcrafted, and has been since it opened its doors in 2015.
The company will be releasing its Jersey Hooch fall and holiday seasonal products starting in September, including Apple Pie, Pumpkin Pie and Holiday Nip. Each is made with fresh seasonal fruits and produce from New Jersey farms and orchards. Before the holidays, the distillers will be releasing their first Single Malt Whisky, Wildwoods Cherrywood Smoked Single Malt Whisky. Jersey Spirits will be featuring its “Making Chocolate with Spirits” class in conjunction with Dolce Federica in October, November and January, and offers infusion and mixology monthly classes and its Barrel Share program every month.
