As we New Jerseyans have learned over the years, the best way to get through a crisis is by working together. Supporting neighbors and the small businesses that energize our towns has always been the circle that keeps us Jersey Strong.

With that in mind, we at Edible Jersey are compiling a comprehensive list of take out, delivery, and special information that restaurants, food, drink and hospitality-related businesses are offering during the COVID-19 crisis. Please fill out the below form to be included.

In addition, knowing that the impact of COVID-19 on the small business community is already sizable, we want to provide a way to get money into the pockets, hands, and registers of YOU-- the restaurants, farms, bars, breweries, wineries, distilleries, markets, grocers, boutiques, etc.-- who we love, ASAP. Along with creating a directory of businesses, we are also starting a #JerseyStrong Shopping Card program. PLEASE NOTE: Participation in the Shopping Card program is optional. You do not need to offer a Shopping Card to be included in our #Support Local Guide. Here's how the card works:

1. Establish how you will sell shopping cards at your business. Utilize the e-commerce shop you already sell on. Or do it the old-fashioned way-- let customers order by phone and send by mail. This way, your customers can invest in your business now and redeem the food, drinks, and products they already love later.

2. Decide on a deal. We suggest offering a 10-20% discount on your #JerseyStrong shopping cards to incentivize sales (ex. a customer can purchase a shopping card worth $100 for $80). We understand that may not work for every business, offer what works best for you.

3. Promote! Send us your link or purchase information and we will add your business to our online listing and Edible Jersey will promote across our social platforms. Then, download the official #JerseyStrong Shopping Card logos here, and let your customers know you are a part of the program by promoting on your social platforms and website.
