Join us for an afternoon of natural wine, cheese, and all things Italy! we will talk about the idea of slow travel and how you can make your dreams of visiting Italy, a reality. Not only will we share tips and tricks for planning this exciting trip, but you will learn out secrets to slow down the adventure and getting a taste of the local culture.

During this workshop, you will learn:

-Recommended areas to visit and how to map it out ahead of time
-Tips and tricks for securing the best airfare (plus recommended airports)
-How to choose accommodations (and your many options)
-Off the beaten path recommendations for activities and places to explore
-Food recommendations to enjoy specific to each area/region of Italy

This workshop will be taught by Jessica Yaeger and Kathy Simon.

Jessica Yeager is a certified Culinary Nutrition Expert, healthy food blogger and nutrition educator, not to mention lover of all things Italy and slow food travel. She teaches people how to nourish and heal their body, using food as medicine, so they can live life fully -- doing things they love -- like, traveling Italy.

Kathy Simon, a manager at Cherry Grove Farm, has organized slow tours in Umbria, Italy for the last 10+ years. Having lived in Umbria, her heart is in that agricultural region, but her focus is food and wine culture, gardens, and local artisans.
