During this workshop, you will learn:

-How to utilize technology to make the process a breeze
-Tips and tricks to help you spend less time in the kitchen.
-How to prep and store your produce for maximum life span all week long
-Various types of food storage container/tools

After the workshop, you will receive:
-Meal planning success guide
-Meal plan, shopping list and prep guide templates
-Sample meal plan: includes a five day meal plan, shopping list, prep guide and all corresponding recipes (gluten free, refined sugar free and processed dairy free)
-Your very own beeswax storage wrap to take home!

This workshop will be taught by Jessica Yaeger, a certified Culinary Nutrition Expert, healthy food blogger and nutrition educator, not to mention lover of all things Italy and slow food travel. She teaches people how to nourish and heal their body, using food as medicine, so they can live life fully -- doing things they love -- like, traveling Italy.
