Not to mention all the "healthwashing" that is happening on the boxes of the packaged products we buy: sugar free, heart healthy, all natural, and fat free are just naming a few. And those red flag ingredients: carrageenan, HFCS, refined flour, are just a few to avoid.

This workshop will be taught by Jessica Marie Yeager, a certified Culinary Nutrition Expert, healthy food blogger and nutrition educator, not to mention lover of all things Italy and slow food travel. She teaches people how to nourish and heal their body, using food as medicine, so they can live life fully -- doing things they love -- like, traveling Italy.
