Earth friendly vendors include:
- The Foraged Feast will be setting up a market display of spring greens and mushrooms. Mushroom samples will be available.
- Farm & Fork Society will be on hand to give information, answer questions, and register people for the CSA that is coming to Garden State Kitchen this spring.
